Mark is warm and engaging and totally on the ball. He knows his subject, listens well and gives clear informed answers. Nothing is too much trouble and he instils confidence with capable hands-on knowledge. We enjoy his visits.

Mark is so caring. He put me at ease straight away. I trust him totally. When i had a problem with my colostomy bag leaking, he had a solution straight away. He made sure all the skin healed properly and put me onto a better fitting bag. Nothing was too much trouble- it would help if he could come and see me every week but i know that is not possible. What i do know is that he is there if i need him.

Mark has been an integral part of my recovery, he has shown fantastic & incredible knowledge, understanding & empathy, he is so professional whilst also being very friendly, patient & ultimately caring. He always responds to my messages very promptly. I have personally found it a little difficult mentally with my new normal but Mark's continued support has been invaluable. His reassurance that together we will find the right Stoma Bag for me has allowed me to concentrate less on worrying that I feel like I'm taking to long in my recovery. Overall he has been a complete STAR! Thank you Mark!

Mark has been looking after me for nearly 4 years. I can't praise him highly enough. The fist time I met Mark my tummy was wide open and I had a fistula. The following 10 weeks in hospital till it closed was close to hell, but, Mark always with a smile, and his wonderful warm nature always lifted my spirits. For 2 years Mark often turned out late at night, or early morning because I couldn't stop my bags leaking. Not once did he ever raise his voice, moan or complain. I couldn't have had better care. Now for the past year and a half after a big operation the fistula has been closed and I have a stoma. This is fantastic in comparison. Just had a small problem that yet again, it's Mark to the rescue, with his big smile, and as always 'no problem ', he's sorting me out. Mark is one of the loveliest people I have ever met in my 70 years. He is warm, friendly, caring, and thoughtful, but always so professional. Please don't take this the wrong way, but I love him to bits. I would adopt him now let alone tomorrow. Thank you Mark for your care in the past, present and future!
